Welcome to Minify Media. By downloading, installing, or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Scope of Service

Minify Media provides users with utility tools to compress, resize, and optimize video and image files locally on their devices. The primary goal of the app is to help users save device storage space.

2. Local Processing & Device Control

You acknowledge and agree that Minify Media operates strictly as a local utility tool.

• All media processing, file conversions, and compression algorithms run locally on your device.
• The application does not maintain, upload, or backup your files to external servers or cloud spaces.
• When you choose to "Replace Original Files", the application permanently replaces your original media with the optimized version. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have backups of critical data before processing.

3. License Grant

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download, install, and use the App on your mobile device strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not use the application to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
• Interfere with or disrupt the performance of the software.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the application, including but not limited to logos, branding, user interface design, graphics, visual assets, and underlying code, are owned by Minify Media and its creators. Your use of the app grants you no ownership rights over any intellectual property.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to ensure optimal compression algorithms, we do not warrant that the media processing will always yield your exact desired visual output or that the app will run entirely error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Minify Media and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of media files, data corruption, photo library deletion errors, or device malfunction resulting from the use or inability to use the application.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. When updates are made, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the application after changes constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
